I used all of the quit smoking products but none helped me stop. Then I found the e-cigarette. The electric cigarette. The electronic cigarette uses a nicotine juice that holds nothing but nicotine. Apparently my huge intake of chocolate cake doesn't bother you lol :) And, Jamaica was fabulous. Probably mostly because of the resort (Sandals) we stayed at.
