We all know that fish oil is good for t health. Dr sears fish oil is one such product available to help you on your way. Do you prefer flax brain development, function and hearseed oil or fish oil? I think I prefer flax, it gives me less gas.

Your baby bump is so cute! I take fish oil too, but I don’t get the rancid burps. Ick. Sounds horrible. I got a gigantic bottle from CostCo … generic, but they seem fine. It is really good for your skin and joints so keep taking them.

I read that fish oil won’t give you those fishy burps if you put them in the freezer. I don’t remember if that trick worked. I didn’t care, I thought fishy burps were worth the health benefits.(Not that I can remember what those were either,..)
