They should NOT have pulled the bait and switch with the prize to start with, but then to award you tester and samples that were open in the store of other stuff altogether? That is TERRIBLE! I know that sometimes we are let down by prizes, I've been there myself lots of times. "Swag" prizes seem to be the worst right now being a bunch of overvalued junk at best. Your story isn't the same though at all, this was just inexcusable I think and I think someone was maybe trying to keep the good stuff for themselves. Please make sure you go further with this. Contact the stores main office and complain about the 'used' stuff and the giveaway changing.
