Maybe we were separated at birth?

Maybe…or someone already figured out cloning and had a gag order?

What is it about you that is just too-cute?! I love your unbelievable maturity, honestly and humor.

I just loved reading that and I can bet your hubby is going to love you even more for that post too.

Oh, and I’m totally on the other spectrum from you on the not buying junk food thing. I live on that stuff!

Wow, so kind! You and your words just made my day! :)

#12 - Last weekend we were at a wedding and my husband asked, “Why don’t you ever get dressed up and curl your hair for me?.

My reply…”Because what’s the point, when I’ll only see you for 20 minutes, then I’ll fall asleep on the couch watching TV?”

Exactly. Ha. lol

I think my list would be too long to include here.

lol I think my list was only short bc I put myself on the spot. I’m sure more will “come to me” later at the most inopportune moments.

LOVE your list!

Thanks! And thanks for stopping by!

Very brave to put these thoughts down in writing - it definitely helps me process things and really think about them when I write about it.

I have to admit that #8 would drive me nuts, especially if I walked into visual chaos after being at work or gone or whatever. My wife Lori teases me that I can’t even leave a cup on the counter for more than 5 minutes, but she’s the same way. We both like order in the house, within reason, because it lets us focus on other things without feeling the lingering pressure of “the house needs cleaned or organized.”

I’m sure you’re husband has a list too - we all do - but it’s great to see you share yours!

Lol thanks. Unfortunately, #8 is hard. It’s really hard to keep a house spotless and totally “together” when you have a toddler. And, well…yes. Let’s just say that since our move and marriage in 05, we never really totally developed a system in every room. Some rooms have systems for where things go, or partial systems…but some things need to be rearranged at this point. That, and he and I *both* need to be better about it. Thanks for commenting!!
